Aquarius: Mars in Leo opposes 13° Aquarius, so agree how a dispute gets settled
Mars moves through Leo in October and opposes a Sun near 13° Aquarius around 20 October. Agree on a fair way to compare two proposals before an argument turns into a test of who pushes longest.
Set the test before the argument starts
Mars in Leo puts other people's drive and pride across from you this month. Your best move is to agree how a question gets settled before anyone starts repeating themselves louder.
Aquarius cares about how a group works. Mars in Leo acts for dignity and recognition, so a proposal can turn into a question of who gets the credit.
When two people want different approaches, agree on a small trial or one shared test. Saying your preference more forcefully won't show which approach works. Check that the test doesn't favor whoever wrote it.
Keep the disagreement on the subject
Someone can oppose your plan and still value what you bring. Ask which problem their alternative solves, then compare it with the one you set out to fix.
An opposition is geometry between Mars and your Sun. It can't tell you what another person intends, so ask them.
Mars reaches the far side of 13° Aquarius on 20 October
At 12:00 UTC on 20 October 2026, Mars is at 12°37′ Leo. If your Sun is at 13° Aquarius, Mars is 179°38′ away, close to an exact opposition.
Mars moves forward through Leo all month: 1°58′ on 1 October, 7°07′ on 10 October, 12°37′ on 20 October, and 18°22′ on 31 October. All four positions are taken at 12:00 UTC, so treat them as checkpoints.
A Sun at another degree of Aquarius meets Mars on a different date. Your sign alone can't place this in one of your houses, so use the transit calculator with your birth data.
