Separate proposing from confirming: name the event and ask before booking. That gives initiative a concrete expression while preserving a shared decision.

An Aries Sun with a Libra Moon already contains both themes in one natal chart. The same person can act directly in public and prefer consultation when seeking emotional reassurance.
